Free Your Mind is wellness group that focuses on different ways of working around mental health issues and to gain some knowledge around different mental health issues, and to help bring some light to normalizing the topic of mental health.

 Our philosophy

The philosophy behind Free Your Mind is so that students and others are able to feel safe and comfortable to share how they are feeling and by learning from others about ways they are able to cope with their day, also this is a place that students can create connections with others.  My goal is to make students feel that they are no longer alone and that they can share what is on their mind.
